Domestic Violence: Physical force used so as to injure those of the home or family by doing harm and violating their
rights by a violent act or deed. Be it
mentally, physically, emotionally, sexually or verbally.

MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, VERBAL, AND OR SEXUAL
Domestic Violence is abuse against a spouse, a child or other individual
or individuals. This abuse is not always physical. It can be mental, emotional, verbal and far too often sexual. It can also
be a combination of these actions including insults, mind games, mental control, and verbal threats which at times lead to
kicks, punches and slaps. These acts of violence often lead to strangulations, stabbings, shootings, strange accidents and
in some cases, death.
