About FABL

FABL is a one woman mission helping those who are in need of finding a better life. The information found on this site is to assist families that have fallen victim to Domestic Violence. Please, use this information as a guide to finding a safe haven, food, clothing and group support. My personal account of living with the mental, physical, emotional and sexual abuse has put forth my mission to educate and mentally support victims and their families. If you are in an abusive relationship or situation and for some God-forsaken reason cannot leave your abuser, know that there is help for you and your family. Think of yourself, your children and your family and know and understand that there is no excuse for Domestic Violence, be it physical, sexual, emotional or mental. Know that there is such a thing as mental abuse and that mental abuse can be just as dangerous as physical abuse. Understand that it is not worth losing your life over and not worth taking your abusers life, only to live another life in prison. Please understand that there is help for you, your children, and your family.
